I want to say it is my favorite breakfast menu item but its best breakfast on the international menu, everybody loves it
it’s super easy to make it, 

Eggs Benedict is a breakfast or brunch dish which starts with a loaf of toasted bread ( muffin or ciabatta or baguette )
topped with sliced bacon, poached eggs, to make it high level add smoked salmon and sauteed spinach,
smothered in traditional Benedict sauce, called hollandaise sauce
on the side chef touch (green salad with cherry tomato vinaigrette sauce) sauce)

Per person only around 59 calories and 6 grams of fat, without hollandaise sauce

probably encountered this rich and buttery sauce.
It’s got the creamiest consistency and its flavors meld beautifully with ingredients
mixture yolk egg and add melted butter little by little until becoming homogeneous add lemon or white vinegar, little water salt and pepper
