Balaleet is sweet vermicelli and savory dish, it has a unique taste combination of saffron and accompanied by eggs

you can use any kinds of vermicelli do you like ( thin rice noodles or glass noodle or rice vermicelli or the egg wheat noodles )

in saucepan boil water add vermicelli pasta with pins of salt boil it around 6 minutes

drain vermicelli from water,

put vermicelli in the pan add 2 tablespoons icing sugar, mix together, sprinkle it with water of saffron and 2 teaspoons ghee, 1 teaspoon rose water cook it in little heat over until dry.

make a classic omelet, scramble three eggs with 2 teaspoons ghee, salt white pepper, cook it like a disk, wrap it then cut it, will be on the side of vermicelli. on the top of the dish, crushed nuts, and deep-fried rice vermicelli

- Boiling water

– 1 cup vermicelli pasta 

– 4 tsp. butter or ghee

– 2 tablespoons icing sugar 

– 1/8 tsp. saffron inside 1/4 cup of water 

– 60 grams mix nuts 

– 1 teaspoon rose water

– 1 small onion finely chopped (optional) for an omelet 

– 3 eggs

– A pinch of Salt and Pepper
