Dynamite shrimp it’s from lovely Japon one of the best foods in restaurants.
Since it appeared on PF Chang’s menu, many people like that spicy flavor yummy, it became an instant favorite

really you have to try it, the recipe here for you. 

you can always adjust the spicy a bit with the amount of chili powder and Sriracha sauce you will add. but we break it with honey and sweet chili sauce, actually, it’s an amazing sauce mixed with many flavors 

prepare first thing, you will make the batter from flours cornflour water eggs, salt, and white pepper

inter mixture  shrimps in batter then flour 

deep-fried shrimps in vegetable oil until becoming gold color, dry from oil by tissue paper

Dynamite Sauce is one of my favorite things
mix together mayo, chili powder, sweet chili sauce White Vinegar or sushi vinegar, and green onions. Start with one tablespoon of Sriracha sauce and adjust according to taste


250 grams  shrimps 16 / 20 size peeled

½ cup Dough

Dynamite sauce

Spring onion

Lettuce romaine
Dynamite sauce

½ cup Chile mayo

½ cup Mayonnaise

3 tsp  Sriracha sauce

1 Tsp Red Chili powder

1/3 cup sweet Chile sauce

2 tsp White Vinegar or sushi vinegar

1 cup of water

1 pcs egg

2 pcs Cub ice

1 tsp Salt  

1 tsp white pepper

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp Corn flours

½ cup flours all-purpose


Total Time: 40 min
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 35 min
for one person
