Method , Heat the 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, add chicken liver fry until browned on each side about 4 to 5 minutes depending on how you like them cooked, add 2 pieces sliced garlic, then less fire doesn’t burn garlic !!
add the pomegranate molasses add 2 tablespoon water to make the sauce
sprinkle cumin salt pepper and stir to cook it nicely

garnished :
take 80 grams of sticks celery to wash it and dry from water then cut into small sticks, server it on the side of the dish with pomegranate seeds

1 tsp corn oil or sunflower
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
for garnish (optional)
50 grams pomegranate
