the first step makes involve chicken breast pounded until thin, marined with1teaspoon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. place a chicken on the top put layered ham and cheese then rolled nicely.
Place flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in three shallow bowls. Season flour with oregano salt and pepper.
roll chicken first in flour, then the bowl of eggs, then breadcrumbs. blockade chicken by toothpicks, in order not to open wrap chicken
bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from oven then add cheese on the top ( optional ). remove toothpicks, and serve immediately.
in a small saucepan pour 1/3 cooking cream, 1 tablespoon milk and cooking cream, and 1teaspoon dijon mustard cook it around 3 minutes then add 1 teaspoon grated parmesan, dill, and pinch salt pepper. add 2 to 3 minutes until mixing and melting. pour in a ramekin and serve on side of the dish.
