wash lettuce in the sink, rinse and dry it, place in the fridge to cold. in a bowl put, mix lettuce add 30 grams crushed walnuts, 10 grams pomegranate seeds mix with mango dressing, put it in a plate, on the top crushed feta cheese add some dressing and micro herbs or ( Sakura mix cress).

mango dressing :
in a blender put 90 grams sweet fresh mango, 60 ML juice orange, and 1 tablespoon (15 grams) sugar mix all in a blend
