tomato sauce is a basis for so many dishes
called mother sauce because its be can mix with any ingredients,
tomato sauce can mix too many different sauces like bechamel or cooking cream and other sauces, it can go with pizza, pasta, chicken, fish, beef…)

well, if you learn this recipe, I am sure you can boast it with your friends because this is one of the basis sauce in the international kitchen, most restaurants are prepared tomato sauce in kitchen
let’s cook it with these ingredients

the basic tomato sauce that starts with 80 grams of brunoise onions,10 grams minced garlic, 80 grams shredded carrots, 40 grams brunoise celery, sunflower oil, and olive oil, mix all in a large saucepan, medium heat,
cook it until color change to gold then add sliced fresh tomatoes,

the best part to add spices and herbs
put a cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaves, whole black pepper,
sprinkle salt, black pepper, ginger powder, paprika, cumin powder.
add oregano, thyme, rosemary, coriander, and parsley
then stock vegetable, water, and tomato paste keep it cook around 40 minutes

remove cinnamon stick and bay leaves from the sauce, blend the sauce until mixed and fresh basil cook it like 10 minutes, then ready to use it.
