Couscous: steam couscous with little oil around 5 minutes, take to a bowl then mix it with water and salt take it back to steam one more time, sauteed onion, carrots, add gold risen salt pepper 1 tablespoon cooking cream

Transfer 1/2 cup cooking cream and 1/ 4 cheese cream in a clean bowl add 1 tablespoon  juice lemon and  1 tablespoon sugar, chopping dill Mix well.
