Turkish is one of the best countries in the grilled meat,

that why I bring for you this Adana kebab with restaurants style but easy to make in-home too

grinding all spices 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons sumac,
combine with tomato paste, clove, onion, parsley, spices, mixture with ground beef.

Using hands with little water, divide the ground beef mixture into even balls.

Knead by hand or in a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and mix until mixture turns tacky and starts sticking to the side of the bowl. Add little water and continue kneading until incorporated. Place in refrigerator

use an oven sheet pan to roast 300 grams of fresh tomatoes, 100 grams bell pepper, 100 grams of onion, 40 grams of garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, oregano and rosemary with spray sugar, black pepper, and salt, then cover it by aluminum foil 
roasted in oven 45 minutes to 1 hour, 200 Celsius ( 392 Fahrenheit )
