start with a large saucepan on medium heat add 1 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tbsp olive oil.
add the 40 grams chop onions, 60 grams grated carrots, 30 grams chop celery s, 2 garlic cloves around 4 to 5 minutes
add 2 pieces bay leaves, oregano, and fresh basil, beef cub.

liquidate from water the put pasta in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon butter, salt white pepper, mix all in small heat about 2 minutes, the basis is to become soft from butter.
serve it in bowl or plate wok, put sauce bolognese on the top of pasta then spray by parmesan cheese.
