Lasagne is a type of wide, flat pasta, possibly one of the oldest types of pasta. also, an Italian dish made of stacked layers of this flat pasta alternating with fillings such as tomato sauce, bechamel, mince vegetable and on top cheese
when I hear lasagne I feel hungry.
let’s use this simple and delicious recipe
step 1 boil pasta
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna pasta in boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes.
Drain lasagne pasta, and rinse.
2 step Bechamel
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. add all-purpose flour, keep whisking Pour in the milk, cook until coming held, add nutmeg, salt, white pepper.
saucepan over medium heat olive oil, sunflower oil,
add onion, cook around 3 minutes, add ground beef
salt, black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, stock beef, water cook it around 15 minutes then add tomatoes sauce keep cooking until the sauce is ready to eat with little water.
use ovenproof stainless or glass, if you have the shape rectangle like lasagna pasta its good,
start with boiled sheet pasta, add bechamel then mince beef sauce and spray it by Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese
make 3 layers or 4 depend on you sheet pasta and sauce
on the top of lasagna spray more cheese
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes after that Remove foil and bake again an additional 20 minutes.
