Pita Bread and fried bread in one time

1 cup warm water, 1 tablespoons yeast, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, mix all together and let sit for about 3 minutes until are dissolved add 2 1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour and sesame seeds then Knead the Dough for about 5-7 Stir until a shaggy dough is formed. until the dough is smooth and elastic. Add more flour as needed to keep the dough from sticking to your hands or the work surface.

Cover with a clean dishcloth and let the dough rise until it’s doubled in bulk around 15 minutes Gently deflate the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured work surface. Divide the dough into small pcs around 30 grams and gently flatten each piece into a thick disk. Sprinkle the pieces with a little more flour and then cover them with a kitchen towel wrap until you’re ready to bake them.

right now you can choose to fried or cook it in pan

1)  fried bread in the frying pan pour the 2 tablespoons sunflower oil, medium overheat put a disk of dough in pan, fry it

2) balloon bread high heat over, fried a pan put a disk of dough in pan, after 15-second turn bread to another side then wait until become puffy then cook it from another side
